The languages in the world

I think that it´s very important to learn other languages at school because today, if there aren´t any jobs in your country, you have to travel to another country to find a job and you need to speak the official language of this country. Today a lot of people study English and French at school because people think that these languages are the most spoken languages. But nobody learns Chinese or German, and in my opinion in a few years lots of people in developed countries will be speaking these languages, because these countries are becoming poweful nations.

On the one hand, in schools, today, students speak with other schools, for example in Germany or England, so they need to communicate in a neutral language. This way a student can apply what they learn in school with a different language than their mother tongue and at the same time learn new cultures and customs. Students can become exchange students,  for exemple they can travel abroad and the student they comunicate with comes to their country too.

But today the principal language in the world is English (although it isn´t really, the most spoken language, that would be Chinese) and we should learn it, because it´s the official language of research, eurosport, international conferences, etc. about 80% of the information on the internet is in English.

In conclusion, it is very important to learn all the languages you can learn, but English and Chinese are the most important languages in the world, because if you know these two languages and you have got a level B1 in them, you won´t have problems finding a job in others countries.
